Gurusahay Deosharan Memorial college, Harnaut was established in 1979 is a constituent unit of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. The college is also registered under University Grant Commission and recognized and approved by Government of Bihar.
The college is located on NH 31,has a lush green campus. The infrastructure of the college is of average quality yet it imparts high quality education to students as it has all the requisites.
The college is well equipped with modern laboratory for a wide range of subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Home Science, Zoology etc.
