G.D Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital was established in 2001 and is running under the management of G.D. Memorial Foundation trust. The college is affiliated with Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarupur and also recognized by the Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The college is also recognized and approved by the Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi and Government of Bihar.
The college is located at an ideal location easily accessible through road, rail and air way. The college has decent infrastructure with separate blocks for each department.
The classrooms are spacious and equipped with requisite facilities. There are modern laboratories for different subjects taught in the college.
The college also provides hostel facility to students. The living condition is very good and students are offered many facilities like pure and hygienic meal, coolers in summer, geyser in winter, common room with T.V, indoor game stadium, gymnasium etc.
The college offers three types of courses namely B.H.M.S (Bachelor of Homeoepathic Medicine and Surgery), graded BHMS and M.D(Hom) (Doctor of Medicine in Homoeopathy).
