About Balmiki Rajniti Mahila College, Munger
B.R. Mahila College, located in Munger district of Bihar was established in 1958. The college is a constituent unit of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University and approved and recognized by Bihar Government. This college is also recognized under University Grant Commission, New Delhi.
Infrastructure & Facilities
The college is located in a sprawling lush green campus and has state of the art infrastructure. There are separate blocks for each department. The classrooms are spacious, airy and ventilated and loaded with all the modern facilities like smart classes, LCD, projectors and video conferencing facility.
The laboratories are equipped with latest tools, machines and apparatus. There are separate laboratories for subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics etc.
There is a big library having huge collection of text books, reference books, journals, reports and magazines. The library has been digitized and a new collection of digital resources like e-books, CD's and DVD's has been introduced.

Co-curricular Activities
There is a mini sports complex in the campus where students play a number of games like football, volleyball, badminton etc. The college participates in various games and sports organized by the University. The college holds the pride of being the first college of T.M University to participate in the Women's football match. Besides games and sports, many other cultural fests and competition are held by different societies in the college. There is a unit of NSS that organizes many events to inculcate the feeling of social service among students. Every year large number of students participates in the cadet training offered by the NCC wing in the college. Many cadets from BRM have participated in national level NCC programs and events.
Academics
BRM College mainly offers Intermediate and Bachelor degree courses in the numerous disciplines of Arts and Science. The college has also started Vocational training course in B.C.A (Bachelor of Computer Applications). The college has an excellent track record in academics and the dedicated and highly qualified teaching faculty is putting best effort in this direction from the very first day of its establishment. The teachers are very helpful and always guide and motivates student to do better in academics as well as in other spheres of life.
