Adarsh institute of Technology and Research centre is a private institution located in Sangli District of Maharashtra. It was established in the year 2008. It is affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur and approved by All india Council for Technical Education(AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Government of India, New Delhi. It offers UG engineering programmes such as electronics & Tele-communication engineering, electrical & electronics engineering, civil engineering, computer science & engineering, information technology and mechanical engineering. AITRC conducts MHT CET state level exam and JEE mains national level exam to take an admission in various technical courses. The eyeview of the college is to be the indicator of the superiority institute in technical study, learning, investigation and pledged to impart appropriate human resource for abundance and comfort of the association. The purpose of the institute is :
To provide most advance level engineering education for creating engineers capable with essentials, architecture, determination and research path competent of directing up-to-date job.
To implant powerful honourable and correct beliefs in candidates to work in group for atmosphere arguable growth.
To increase contact, administration skills and persist education character in young engineers committed for combining research for association through industry cooperation.
It has seperate hostel facility for both boys and girls inside campus of this institute, library facility, gym, cafeteria, sports facility, good IT infrastructure, wifi facility,.....etc.
