Janardan Colleg of Education is located in Malda district of West Bengal. The college is affiliated to University of Gour Banga, Malda and duly recognized by the Government of West Bengal.
Infrastructure & Facilities
The college is located in a lush green environment surrounded by greenery and has average quality infrastructure. The classrooms are spacious and airy having all the requisite teaching resources and facilities.
There is a library cum reading room having good collection of text books, reference books, journals, magazines and reports. The students are free to use and borrow books from the library.
There is Science and Mathematics resource center and Psychology lab, though not very modern but it has enough apparatus and resources to carry out the practical related with the syllabus.
The computer lab has been equipped with modern systems running on latest software and all the computers are connected through internet.
There is a health and physical education centre having first aid kit and a common room for girls.
Extracurricular Activities
Co-Curricular activities are part of the regular curriculum and students are encouraged to participate in them. There is proper facility of indoor and outdoor games within the campus and the college also participates in several games and sports events organized by the university.
The college also organizes many seminars, workshops and special classes. Different societies in the college organize numerous programs on social service and social awareness which inculcate moral and social service value among students.
