About Andhra University College of Engineering
Andhra University College of Engineering is the Andhra University campus. The college is having civil, electrical, mechanical. electronics, computer science and chemical engineering specialisations. They conduct night college courses for experienced diploma holders. It is a three years course. M.Tech and PhD courses are also offered. In addition to teaching and research work, the faculty here will take up service activities also for the local industry and others. M.Sc Engineering Chemistry and Applied Chemistry, an integrated post graduation course, are offered for Intermediate and +2 students.
This college is an autonomous college and a very good infrastructure with very well know teaching staff. The hostel facility is available for girls and boys separately.
The college is located in a well-planned area with a lot of greenery around.
There is a separate library for this college which is having a very good collection of books and Journals. The students and teaching faculty can use the main AU library also. The Department of Chemical Engineering is one of the best departments in India
