College Overview
St. Josephs College of Education is affiliated to Sri Krishnadevaraya University and it is approved by NCTE. It is a co-educational and private un-aided college. The college aspires to extend its services to the community and to be a centre of teacher's education and research and development. The future plans of the college include the introduction of career-oriented programs such as Spoken English, Computers Programs, and Counselling, which is important and essential for the all-round development of the students. The college has already been recognized as a College of Teacher Education under a scheme of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). As soon as the grants from MHRD becomes available, the college proposes to commence resource and development activities under this scheme. The college provides its teaching in Telugu and English medium.
How to reach
The college is located in the region of M.P.R Dam. There are a good road and rail connectivity to reach the M.P.R dam. Garladinne and Kalluru railway stations are the nearby railway stations.
Infrastructure & Facilities
This college which began as a tin-roofed building today possesses an efficient infrastructure which includes spacious and well-lit classrooms, a spacious playground, auditorium, computer room, science laboratories, language lab, and recreation room.
