The college is was established in the year 2007-08 academic year wherein the college is occupied a posh area of over 10 acres of land the college located exactly 27 Kms from the city railway station, 15 Kms from main bus stand the college is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and also by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Karnataka and affiliated with VTU, Belagavi.

Admission Process
The college offers admissions to all the candidates irrespective of their caste and communities subject to the guidelines of DTE, Government of Karnataka, VTU, Belagavi and AICTE, New Delhi.
The basic eligibility for admission to Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology is pass in P.U.C or in 12th Standard with not less than 45% of marks in aggregate in Physics and Chemistry whereas the admissions for MBA Course is pass in Bachelors Degree with not less than 50% of marks.
