About D.A.V. College
Introduction
D.A.V. College located in Cheeka of Haryana is one of the best college in the state the college is approved by UGC, New Delhi to conduct classes and examination for various undergraduate courses the college is affiliated with Kurukshetra University.
The college which was established under the aegis of D.A.V. College Managing Committee in the year 1983 wish a handful of students has grown up to have over 1,500 students from all the disciplines now.
Infrastructure facilities
This college being constructed on a huge plot in the heart of the city able to provide ample space for its classrooms with separate blocks for each of the disciplines like Science, Commerce and Humanities, laboratories for all the disciplines including Computers, hostel facilities for girls wherein the twin sharing facility is provided entire college campus is Wifi enabled.
Apart from the above facilities college also provides Gymnasium, seminary hall, library with a huge stock of books on varied interests, play ground equipped with ultra modern sports facilities, canteen with a sitting arrangement of over 100 persons, lawn and garden etc.
