Manonmaniam Sundaranar University College, Puliangudi is managed directly by Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. The college started in 2000 and follows co-education system. The college name in the beginning was Mano college and later changed to M.S University College. The college is located in Puliangudi, Tirunelveli District.
With the aim of "Education to the rural student", the college has been instrumental in educating the rural poor.
