About Tezpur Medical College & Hospital
Tezpur Medical College is affiliated to Srimanta Sankardeva University of Health Sciences. The college is located at Tumuki, Bihaguri, near to the AH-15. It has 22 departments functioning at present. Apart from medical courses, various nursing and paramedical courses are also available at this institution. The campus has an area of around 16,000 sq.mt.
The library is well-organized and computerized. It has a journal section, a reference section, an e-library and internet facilities. There are four modern air-conditioned lecture halls with digital facilities, research rooms, examination hall, a cafeteria and common rooms. There is a gymnasium, swimming pool, an auditorium and a guest house. Then there is a administrative block, a college council room and a medical education unit
