About KS School of Architecture
Kammavari Sangham is a household name in the field of Education in Bangalore city. The organisation has established various institutions across the city of Bangalore and one such college is at Kanakapura Road in Bangalore known as KS School of Architecture.
The college is highly reputed in terms of the faculty and the education provided by them apart from offering various infrastructure facilities and excellent placement facilities. The college is approved by the Council of Architecture and also by the Government of Karnataka. The college is affiliated with the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum.
KS School of Architecture in Bangalore offers various programs like architectural design, building construction, graphics, civilization and the art, culture and its architecture, design and visual arts, communication skills and various workshops. All the above programs are taught in various undergraduate programs like 5 years full time Bachelors in Architecture Course and also in several Diploma courses.
From infrastructure point of view the college has a collection of various national and international books for reference, journals and E-Resources. There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with round the clock hot water facility, generator for power back up, 24 hours telephone facility, outsourced laundry facility and round the clock security.
The college also has its own transportation facility comprising of luxurious coaches which operate from all corners of the city. There are squads to identify and report activities like ragging, gambling, smoking, alcoholism among the students in the college premises.
The college offers admission to all irrespective of caste and community. However a pass in 10+2 with not less than 50% of marks is essential and candidates should have studied Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. Candidates with 10+3 system with Diploma are also eligible to apply. Candidates are required to qualify in the National Aptitude Test for Architecture conducted by the Council of Architecture. Passing this test is mandatory.
