About Guardian Angel Institute of Hotel Management And Catering Technology
Guardian Angel Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology located in Curchorem, Goa is one of the prestigious colleges in the city of Goa. The college was established in the year 1997 by a very popular Christian Minority Organisation known as by Pilar Fathers and is run by Xaverian Education Society of the Goa Province of the Society of Pilar.
The college is approved by the AICTE and affiliated with the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Goa. The college offers education in co-educational pattern for various Diploma and Undergraduate programs in Food Production, Food and Beverages Service and Accommodation Operations under Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
Guardian Angel Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology has several cells and committees like Internal Complaints Committee, Committee for SC/ST and OBC, Anti-ragging Cell, Media Cell & Intellectual Property Right Cell etc.
The college offers various facilities like a library with vast a collection of books and a fully air-conditioned restaurant with over 30 persons seating capacity. There are advanced laboratory facilities with state of the art training kitchen with latest industry standard equipment.
The college has facilities for sports at its sports ground with courts for most major sports. There is an infirmary equipped with all basic medical facilities. There is a placement and training cell which organises workshops, seminars by inviting experts from the concerned field.
