Reviews of Hindustan University CollegeA dreamworld for knowledge seekers Hindustan University is one of the oldest and established educational institution in Tamilnadu. It offers its students the flexibility of studying in their own pace. The college doesnt impose any harsh rules like other engineering colleges. The colleges offers experienced and knowledgeable teachers.
The college has a good studying environment which includes nice and spacious class rooms and all the buildings are surrounded by trees and so there is no problem due to sun. The college has good library facilities which boasts of managing more than 60,000 books.
In addition to a good studying environment, Hindustan University also promotes other extra curricular activities, especially sports. It hosts many sports events each year, one of which is the well known "KCG football tournament". Also Hindustan Universitys dance club known by the name "Spring Boots" is famous throughout Tamilnadu.
Altogether enrolling as a student of Hindustan University is a dream come true for everyone. - By Nirmal P, 27 Jul 2009
| Hindustan University It is one of the prestigious institution in India for Aeronautical Engineering. Before five years it was. But now Department of Aeronautical Engineering is not guided well due to lack of experienced faculty. However, Computer Science and MBA departments are worth-noting now. Almost 90% of students with good academic record is placed in leading IT companies. Core companies for other streams like ECE, EEE, Civil are too low for conducting Campus. Main plus of this college is the lab facility available for Aeronautical and Mechanical engineering students. Also new World-class library has been built and running now. It is better to have a conversation with a student who is currently studying in the university. I am a passed out student of the college and I heard from my juniors that fee structure is too high for the services they provide. Even Examination fees are very high. Regarding co-curricular activities, this is the best place to expose your skills. - By Shafi Ahamed, 19 Jul 2011
