DRKIST is a pioneering venture of DRK Educational Society, which was registered under society''s registration act (Reg No. 5923/2001) in the year 2001, dated September 5th. This institution is approved by AICTE, New Delhi, permitted by Government of AP and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. It is officially functioning on and from 23rd September 2004 situated in the Quthbullapur Mandal amidst a typical Telangana landscape of sparse vegetation, red soil and hillocks, this institute has on its right side main road that connects NH7, just 6 kms away and in its north is the Bowrampet village. The institute enjoys the advantage of being in proximity to the University''s Kukatpally campus, which is Just 6 kms away.
