About St. Joseph’s College of Engineering & Technology

The SJCET college has a robust infrastructure which helps you to have a strategic planning towards your development. The college practices TQM and continuous improvement in the areas of academics and administration. The college has a completely automated system of attendance, library accession and the automation has been obtained through the use of smart cards.
The faculty is also a completely trained faculty and the teaching faculty is comprised mostly of professors with Masters and Doctorate qualification. The college has acquired a International Standards Organisation recognition. The weaker students are also not neglected in any case and special preparatory classes are given to the students to cope up with the other students as well. The skills that are imparted to the students make then furnished for immediate employ-ability. The students at SJCET receive special training from PURPLE LEAP in Bangalore to gain a Job orientation. Students who are not having a good command over English Language also get to learn Spoken English through Special coaching.
The college also has good managed canteen facilities and the sports and games facilities are also provided to encourage all round development of the students. The college also has Medicare facilities which is associated with the local hospitals and also that every student and every teacher is insured by the college facilities. The college encourages the talent and innovative skills to develop in the college and also provides various scholarship programmes for the same. The college also has 2 dozen buses which are beautifully decorated and are elegant. The college also provides Hostel facilities for those who require them.

Apart from the above the other features of the college are Arts and Sports club, Women development club, News Letters, College Magazine and Handbooks and usage of non conventional energy.
