About the collegeMithila Minority Dental College & Hospital, Darbhanga was started in 1989 and is managed by a society namely "Darbhanga Divisional Muslim Welfare Society". It is affiliated with 'The L.N. Mithila University'.

FacilitiesThe college has a library having a great collection of books, magazines, newspapers, etc and offers the loan of books for home reading.

The health club is spread over 6 acres of land which includes Gymnasium, Tennis court, Jogging Track, Juice center, and Canteen.

For sports, the college has a Table Tennis court, Carrom Boards, Chessboards, Badminton Court, Lawn Tennis, Cricket playground, Football playground, Volleyball Ground, Basket Ball Court, Kabaddi Ground, etc.

An anti-ragging cell is also functioning in the college.

Separate hostels for boys and girl are available with well-furnished room and adequate open space around them.
