Bangalore is known as the IT hub of India with many big companies related to the IT field setting up in this capital city of Karnataka. Due to its rapid growth in infrastructure, education, and facilities, students prefer the city as an educational location to get certified and valid education in every stream. There are quite a few good reputed nursing colleges in Bangalore and AECS Maaruti College of Nursing
is one among them. It started in the year 2002 as a part of the Amrith Educational and Cultural Society Bangalore. This college is having affiliations with Karnataka and Indian Nursing Council and is recognized by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, Karnataka and Government of Karnataka. The college is having separate lab facilities for Microbiology, Pediatrics, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Community Health, Midwifery, etc. It also has a departmental library with a big collection of books including journals, reference books, and other audio-video resources. Accommodation facilities with a hostel and canteen with different foods on the menu are also available on the campus students.
AdmissionsFor admissions in AECS Maaruti College of Nursing, interested candidates need to send the DD of Rs. 300/- for the purchase of Prospectus and Application form. This DD should be issued in the name of A.E.C.S MAARUTI COLLEGE OF NURSING. After reading the prospectus carefully, eligible candidates need to fill the application form. Following documents are also required to be enclosed with the application form-
- Transfer certificate from the current/ previous institute
- Mark sheets of 10th and 12th standard
- Character certificate
- Foreign students need to submit a valid visa
- DD for the fee (Rs. 10,000/- for B.Sc. Nursing, Rs. 25,000/- for M.Sc. Nursing and Rs. 5000/- for GNM) in the name of the institute. This fee is only to reserve the seat and is partially refundable only if requested before the classes start.
Once the seat is reserved, the course fee can be submitted within 10 days after admission. At the time of admission, candidates also need to submit 4 passport size photographs, 4 stamp size photographs, documents in original and one set of photocopies of the same.
This college also helps in availing an education loan as it is having tie-ups with certain banks like Canara Bank and Axis Bank. After paying the fee for the 1st semester, students can request a Bonafide certificate and can use that to have a loan.
FacilitiesThe main facility for outstation candidates is separate hostels for girls and boys students on the campus. The rooms are very spacious with all the basic amenities attached to it. Purified drinking water, mess, indoor games, dining rooms, and even kitchen facilities are available in the hostels. All these hostels are secured and are having wardens on duty to look after the management of the hostels. There are 3 types of hostels namely Dormitory, International and Four-sharing basis.
The classrooms are having projectors, DVD players, Television, CD player, computers and all other audio-visual instruments to offer excellent learning.
A secure and efficient transport facility is available for students. The buses pick up and drop the students from all around the city and many bus stops are allotted after a certain distance for convenience. This facility is completely optional and students need to pay separately for it.

Acharya Patashala College of Commerce is located in N.R. Colony, Bangalore, Karnataka state of India. It was established in 1986. The Oxford Dental College and Hospital is one of the reputed dental colleges in the whole of Asia. It is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and is recognized by the Government of Karnataka and the Dental Council of India. The college is having an excellent infrastructure including an 8-storey building and each floor is occupying around 285000 square feet of space. The college is providing all the facilities required for pre-clinical and clinical training for the course. The main equipment owned by the college are casting equipment, CAD-CAM lab having CERCON unit, Tek-scanIII for occlusal analysis, high-end KAVO chairs, specialized microscopes like PENTA HEAD, etc.
Infrastructure and FacilitiesThe College is having advanced infrastructure and facilities to offer the best training to would be dentists. The library and Information Center started in 1992 and is shifted to the current address (first floor) of the college in 2001. It is having a great collection of books, journals, magazines, etc. The timings for the library are from 8.30 in the morning till 10.30 in the night on all the working days. The library is occupying an area of around 105X70 sq ft which is divided into various sections like Computer section, Xerox room, reading room, technical section, postgraduate and undergraduate sections, etc.
The college campus is also having separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostels are having options of either studio apartments or triple occupancy rooms with internet facilities in both. A mess facility is available in the hostel, offering hygienic food at convenience.

For the students not staying in the hostel, there is transport facility available for pick up and drops from different parts of the city. Apart from personal transport, the college is also well connected with public transport routes.
