The official website also mentions a B.Des (Transportation Design) course, but it is unclear if this is currently offered, as it states that the intake was till 2017.
The fee for most of the courses start at Rs.1,94,250/- for the first semester and the concluding semester fee is Rs. 2,36,250/-. Students should check the official website, though, for confirming individual B.Des. course fees. Merit-based scholarships are available.
Eligibility Criteria for Bachelor of Design Admissions
The minimum eligibility criteria is passing the Higher and Senior Secondary Level (X and XII) in any stream with min. 50%. For those seeking admissions through the online UPES design aptitude test (known as UPESDAT), and through JEE Mains merit, at least 60% marks in Std. X & XII, with 60 % aggregate in PCM in Std. XII is required. The requirement is min.80% for those seeking admissions on the basis of Board merit.
