Course Details
B.Sc. Nursing is a bachelor's level course in nursing of 3 years' duration in regular mode. The students learn about all the basics of medicine and medical health during the course. They learn about Community Health Nursing and related regulations imposed by the government. The course also includes specific training for adult health, child health, midwifery care, etc. After completion, candidates can enroll for M.Sc. in Nursing or a Post Basic Nursing Degree Course of 2 years duration.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc. Nursing Admissions
Candidates who have passed a 10+2 course from a recognized institute and board with science subjects with 50% marks as aggregate are eligible for this course. There is a relaxation of 10% for the candidates belonging to the reserved category.
