The M.Com course at Ladhidevi Ramdhar Maheshwari Night College (LRMC) is of 2-year duration. The course specializes in the field of Accountancy and Business management. The scheme of the examination is semester-wise, with four semesters in all.

In the first semester, the students focus on concepts such as Strategic Management, Cost and Management Accounting, Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, and Economics for Business Decisions.

Semester two focuses on subjects such as Corporate Finance, E-Commerce, Research Methodology for Business and Macro Economic Concepts & Applications.

Semester three has subjects such as Advanced Financial Accounting, Direct Tax, and Advanced Auditing besides project work.

Semester four is all about Corporate Financial Accounting, Indirect Tax – Introduction of Goods and Service Tax, Financial Management, and final project work.

For admission to the M.Com program, the candidates should have passed B.Com./B.M.S./B.C.B.I/B.C.A.F/B.M.M. exam from the University of Mumbai or a similar qualification from any other recognised university.
