This course is oriented just like a vocational course. Here you will get trained professionally to take care of the salable products of the livestock. Depending on the type of animal, the method of looking after the products or the packaging processes of the meat or egg or other byproducts of the livestock will change. Here you will also learn the technique of keeping the livestock products, germ free for a substantial amount of time. The course will be a 1 year long and in this one year, you will learn everything about packaging and livestock food processing.
- The basic requirement is that you should pass 10th standard board examination. Although not mandatory, but having an additional subject in life science or animal husbandry helps you understand this diploma course better.
- There is no restriction over the total marks to be scored in the board examination of class 10.
