Digital instruments are those that help you measure in specific discrete values. These instruments are mostly used in any kind of digital computation like mathematical calculations or in developing processor architectures. So learning about such digital instruments would help those candidates who are looking forward to a career in hardware technologies. Candidates who are inclined towards electronic chip and circuit designing should take up such courses. This is a 2 year long post graduate diploma course. Along with the basic designing technologies, you also get to learn the different kinds of calibration techniques used and the various kinds digital family logic used in constructing the digital circuits in this course.
The sole eligibility criterion to study this course is the completion of an undergraduate course in science. It will be more advantageous for you if you are a graduate in Electronics or a B.E. /B.Tech in EEE or ECE.
