This is a 2 years program that includes a year of course work and another for the dissertation. Based on the subject for the dissertation you need to submit a thesis on your research work and that has to be original. You will be evaluated on the basis of the thesis. Among the things that you will learn during the course program are handling transactions related to shares, arranging for dividend payments and issuing new shares. As a corporate secretary you will be ensuring that all such transactions fulfill the legal requirements.
