Introduction to HIV
HIV stands for human immunodeficiency syndrome, if left untreated HIV attacks the body's immune system and reduces the immunity in the body. The person with weakened immune system gets prone to infections and diseases. With proper-treatment and medical care HIV can be controlled and the life of a HIV people can be prolonged. The symptoms of a HIV infected person includes fever, chills, rashes, muscle aches, fatigue, swollen lymph nodes and mouth ulcers. The course imparts meaningful and positive education needed for healthy responsible relationships in the community. It exposes them to community awareness drive programs.
Eligibility for the Course
The candidate should have completed 10+2 from a recognized university. He/She should posses interest to acquire knowledge in HIV and its treatments.
