Instrumentation field is an interdisciplinary domain which covers the art and science of sensing, measurement and control of processes in a production, laboratory or manufacturing area. This graduate program equips the candidate with the skills you need to cope up with rapidly advancing technology in the Instrumentation domain.
Course Details:
The Bachelor's Instrumentation four year course covers basic subjects like physics, maths, applied chemistry, applied mechanics, engineering drawing, electronics workshop in the first year. The branch related subjects are red in the next three years the study of linear and non linear analog and digital circuits, instrumentation theory, microprocessors, signal processing, communication, control systems etc. The students need to opt for elective / specialization in the final year along with project. Some colleges offer project +internship in the final semester. Overall, the graduate course provides a perfect blend of basic concepts, hands on practice and a project, which prepares the student to face the real world.

Instrumentation graduates are in demand in many sectors like manufacturing, oil and gas production, food processing, chemical industries, energy, avionics, defense etc. in the government or the private sector.
