You can choose from different specializations offered under B.Com honors courses, for example, Accounts, Finance, Management, etc. This is a 3 year course that will help you focus on the stream of your specialization. During this course you can also decide which area of a multinational company do you want to focus on as a career. Some colleges have the system of an entrance examination to select candidates. To pass the entrance examination you have to score minimum 50% in it.
2. You can study M.Com after you pass B.Com honors course. Entrance in M.Com course is also based on an entrance examination. Just like the B.Com course you should pass with minimum 50% in the M.Com course. You can opt for a project leader or team leader position once you pass the M.Com course. In M.Com you will be able to opt for internship jobs in a company in the final year. Once you stay as an intern in the company for one year, you can become a full time employee in the same company later on.

Job Prospects
