Eligibility:
The criteria of being eligible to take this course is 10+2 Science with Biology and or all India JEE Exam. JEE stands for Joint Entrance Examination. Some Institutes belonging to private or deemed universities conduct their own entrance exams.
Admission criteria:
The admission is given on merit of 10+2 Science / JEE or through Institute level Management quota. The candidate should have taken the subject of Biology in !0+2 Science.

This four year course is a combination of biology, medical and engineering subjects like applied physics, applied maths, applied chemistry, applied mechanics, engineering drawing, instrumentation, digital circuits, electrical networks, biomechanics, biomedical instrumentation etc. The subjects are taught with a blend of theory, tutorial and practical. The student is expected to apply the concepts learnt to carry out a project in the final year.
