Eligibility:
The eligibility criteria for pursuing this Master's degree in Aeronautical is holding a bachelor's degree in (B.E/B.Tech) or any other equivalent branches of engineering.

Course overview:
The Master's course is developed on top of the topics covered in graduation namely: aircraft flight dynamics, propulsion and structure of various types of aircrafts. The course is designed to impart the skills necessary to enable the PG candidate to contribute to the aeronautical industry.
Course Details:
The Master's course is of two years duration with classroom based theory sessions comprising of core and elective subjects in the first year and project work in the second year. The first year covers advanced concepts of aircraft development, design, control and manufacturing with subjects like astrodynamics, advanced propulsion, computational fluid dynamics, aerodynamics of helicopters, advanced structural mechanics to name a few.

The post graduate engineers find job opportunities in various Indian government sectors like ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization), Civil Aviation Department, National Aeronautical Laboratory, Defense Research and Development Laboratories (DRDO) and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) etc. The main work profile is concerned with research, design, development and maintenance jobs and these engineers can alsobe employed in private sectors.
