Airport management – An overview
The aviation industry in the country has a bright outlook. The course helps you in understanding the various aspects related to managing an airport and handling aircraft operations. The students get to learn about managing the air traffic through ATC, aircraft rescue procedures in case of emergencies such as tyre bursts or crash landing. They learn about safety management, cargo handling, ground handling of aircrafts and the various tarmac procedures. Among the related subjects that you study in this course are airport rules, regulations and environmental regulations concerning airfields.
