Bachelor of Food Technology deals with food engineering and food sciences. It deals with various food processing, packaging and storage techniques. It involves studying the nutritive values of food and their chemical composition. By studying the microbiology of food and food products, a food technologist gets to understand them in the raw form. Eligibility and course duration
Should have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Students are admitted to this course through entrance tests like the JEE Mains.
