Introduction
Master of Pharmacy in Quality Assurance is a post graduation course which deals with learning about quality assurance in planned and systematic processes for quality system to ensure the correct quality assessment. Candidates learn various things like benchmarks, goals, motivation and even the leadership. Candidates get an idea about works done by experts and leaders in the same field, their philosophies, related industries, different standards like IS, and much more.
Eligibility
Candidates holding B. Pharm degree from a recognized institute of college are eligible for this course. The specialization should be same or related to have better understanding of the content of the course. The minimum qualifying marks may vary from one institute to another and candidates are advised to check the same before submitting their application.
Duration
The duration is 2 years for this course and it cannot be pursued through correspondence. These 2 years have 4 semesters and candidates require qualifying each semester separately.
Admission Procedure
Admission can be done in different ways depending upon the institute you select for yourself. It can be direct on first come first serve basis; can be on merit basis or through entrance examinations. These entrance examinations can be conducted on national level, state level or institute level and candidates scoring good get selected and short listed for admission.
Further Study options
After completion of M. Pharm, candidates are eligible to pursue PhD on the topic of their own interest from their field. This will enable them to work in scientific field afterwards. Other options can be D. Pharma, or other short term pharmacy related courses like quality packaging.

A part of Computer and Statistics is also included in the course for better understanding of techniques.
The last part of the course includes Spectral Workshop and short term project or dissertation during which candidates need to complete in any related industry or firm.
