The basic eligibility criteria to pursue B.Com Human Resource Management is a pass degree in class 12 or 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC / ST candidates) or equivalent CGPA from a recognized college or university.
The minimum duration of B.Com Human Resource Management course is about 3 years and its syllabus is divided into six semesters.
