Introduction
B.E. is a technical graduation course named as 'Bachelor of Engineering' and it has various specializations. Applied Marine Information Technology & Communication is one among them with good career aspects. It deals with Cargo Management System, logistics management from end to end, import and export management. It is also having its applications in exploration, production and operations of oil and gas companies.
The technical part of the course deals with design, manufacture and operation of ship machinery and engines. It also teaches about construction and maintenance of the ships and other sailing vessels.
