Course Description of Diploma Music
The three year diploma course aims at providing ground knowledge and practical sessions in music and prepares them for becoming successful professionals in the music arena. The program revolves around the study of instruments and provides opportunities for performances. Students would be given training for transferable skills and develop artistic understanding of the music. Training exposes students to technical aspects and experiences are provided in regular ensemble. The program enables students to become competent musicians in their chosen interests. Students are exposed to varied fields of music and provides scope for choosing specific field as a career for their future. The course delivers extensive learning practices in understanding various music concepts and they develop critical thinking.
Eligibility Criteria
Students who have completed 10+2/PUC from a recognized board are eligible. They should have artistic talents and possess strong skills in language communication. They should attend audition and interview for admission.
