Course Overview and Eligibility Criteria

M.sc. in Chemistry is a master degree course. This is availed by students only after they clear their graduation in chemistry.

• The students need to have 50% in their graduation aggregate. Although for the students who belong to reserved category there is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate of their graduation.


• Along with the previous criteria you must clear the entrance examination set by the respective university. This entrance examination is not like the general all India basis entrance examination for master degree.
  This is just a small 100 or 200 marks entrance examination held by the respective university where you are going to apply for the M.Sc. The questions would be mostly multiple choice type or short answer type questions. If you secure more than 50% in that entrance examination, your name will be put up on the merit list for admission in the M.Sc. course.
