Eligibility Criteria

1. All those students who wish to study this master's course must complete either B.Tech or B.E. degree. There is no specific restriction regarding the discipline in which a student has to complete his B.Tech course. All those students who have studied any engineering course in astronomy or electronics or electronics and communications will find this course very comprehensive and career friendly.
2. You must score a minimum of 65% marks in the graduation to be able to take application forms of this course.
3. A further round of screening is conducted through an analytical entrance examination. All those students who clear this entrance examination will be given a chance to study this course. The entrance examination is based on how well you have understood your subject. So this examination will contain more objective questions, rather than subjective ones.

Job Prospects

1. You will become the maintenance engineer of space stations. Your job will be to look after the maintenance of the hardware used for space engineering.
2. You can become an entry-level aerodynamics engineer.
3. After a few years of experience in aerodynamics, you will become an analysis engineer for the spacecraft. Your job will be to check the aircraft and make comprehensive reports on them.
4. You can become a system engineer. Your job will be to inspect the quality of the system that is incorporating the geo-mechanical hardware. You may have to repair them, when they become out of service.
5. After around 10-15 years of experience in the above fields, you can move to managerial positions.
