Eligibility and course duration

• B.Pharm degree from PCI and AICTE recognized institute with at least 60% marks in graduation.
• Healthcare professionals from fields like MBBS, BAMS, BDS and BVSc too may apply.
• Those with M.Sc in Life Sciences are also eligible.
• Admission to the program is through entrance tests and merit of marks obtained in graduation. GPAT/GATE/NET qualified candidates are given preference.

On one hand pharmacology is the study of drugs, toxicology on the other hand studies the adverse effects of drugs on humans and other living systems. Toxicology also aims to eliminate those adverse effects so as to improve the effectiveness of the drugs and medications.
