About the course

It is an undergraduate course in Embedded Systems. An Embedded System is a computer system that is integrated to carry out one or more dedicated tasks within a given time frame. This course explains the fundamental requirements of Embedded Systems. The course explains how the interactions are done between hardware and software programming of various systems. Embedded Systems deals with real time operating systems and their constraints followed by various specification models and languages, mapping specification with hardware and software portioning. At the end of the course, special design verification methods under Embedded Systems are practiced.

Eligibility Criteria

The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Sc Embedded Systems course is a pass degree in 10+2 or Higher Secondary Examination in Science stream with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and /maths from a recognized college or university.

Course Duration

The regular course of B.Sc Embedded Systems can be completed in 3 years which is divided into six semesters, with each semester lasting for a period of six months.
