About the course
It is an undergraduate Hotel Management course. This course provides the necessary knowledge and skills in the operational areas of catering, food production, housekeeping, front office operation and beverage service.
- The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing B.A. Hotel Management course is a pass in Higher Secondary Examination or 10+2 in any stream and from a recognized college or university.
- Those who are appearing in 10+2 exam or who are awaiting their 10+2 result are also eligible for this course on provisional basis.
- A minimum aggregate score of 55% (50% for SC / ST / OBC candidates) are required at the 10+2 level.
- Good command over English language, along with good communication skills and a friendly nature is also required for this course.
The duration of B.A. Hotel Management course is 4 years which is divided into eight semesters, with each semester lasting for a period of six months.
