Introduction

Master of Intellectual Property Law is a Master's level/ Post Graduate course also known as MIPL. The course is considered as a branch of Human rights law which deals with the study about intellectual properties and the laws related to that. Intellectual Property is nothing but a different type of creation for which some exclusive rights are recognized. These laws are different for different fields. These intellectual property laws grant some exclusive rights to the owners for various intangible assets like literary, music, discoveries, inventions, artistic works, symbols, etc.
The course includes teaching about various forms of Intellectual properties, analysis, law related to them and their commercialization.

Eligibility

Being a Postgraduate course, it requires graduates from any stream who have completed the same from a reputed institute and have secured at least 50% marks in the same. The minimum required marks vary from one institute to another and it is advised to check the same.

The last part of this course is a project.
