Introduction and Overview
This course is specifically called craftsmanship as serving food and beverage is an art or a special craft. If you work in a restaurant chain, then food and beverage services gets the topmost priority. You have to be careful right from when the customer enters your restaurant and then places the order, until he pays and leaves. You will learn all these in this craftsmanship course. You will learn the art of communication in this course. Proper communication is a key to success in this field. Again, not all customers will be same. So the art of communication will not be same for everybody. You will learn these differences in this course. Along with this, you will learn the different types of food services followed in different types of food courts. This is a 6 month long course. Students generally prefer to study this course in distance mode.
