This is because, you will have History or Political Science as one of the pass subjects in your graduation. You will understand this postgraduate diploma in a better way, if you have a background in arts stream.
2. You can pursue this course from a distance or regular institute. If you pursue this from a distance education institute then there is no restriction regarding the percentage to be acquired in graduation. If you are applying in a regular institute, then you should get minimum 50% in graduation. Only then will you be eligible for this diploma.
