1. The basic requirement is a graduation degree. A student can pass his or her graduation in any stream. There is no restriction over the discipline to be pursued in the undergraduate course. Nevertheless, it is advisable that you first complete your graduation in arts stream. Then you apply to this course. You can also think of pursuing your graduation in a vocational stream like Physical Education. Although Physical Education doesn't include any curriculum on yoga, but it demands a fit body, just like this certificate course.
2. The byproduct of the above requirement is that a student must be physically fit to be eligible for this course. The student must also be flexible as far as applicable for this course. The students will be scrutinized under an intricate health examination. They must show that their body is fit enough to perform any kind of yoga.
