Home science is a field of science that concerns everything that we do at home. It may me about knitting, tailoring, cooking, baking, repairing electrical appliances, home decorations, crafts, woodwork and a lot more. Home science draws from many disciplines such as physics, chemistry, art, food, hygiene, clothing, textiles, community living and child development. There are hundreds of activities under home science. Home science is not mere doing things at home.
