Eligibility Criteria

1. First of all, a student needs to complete his or her graduation in BPT or bachelor's in Physiotherapy. No other stream is allowed for graduation.
2. The BPT course must be completed from a reputed and recognized college. While going through the official website of the college or university that you wish to study BPT or MPT in, check for the affiliation and recognition.
3. The cutoff score for completing graduation in Physiotherapy is 60%. In some colleges or universities a relaxation of 5% is given to the students who belong to the reserved category.

Future Job Prospects

1. You can join an NGO or a non-governmental organization. Your job will be to visit the various communities, listen to their health problems and give them solutions accordingly.
2. If you prefer to work in an NGO, then you will encounter lots of critical diseases. In turn, you will get lots of data. If you can analyze that data properly, then you can come up with proper health solutions. With this analysis you can approach the government for giving you a research project. You will become the principal investigator of the project. You will have a team of physiotherapists working under you.
3. You can become an osteopath. As an osteopath, you will have to provide massaging to your patients. You need to take care that, for different diseases the massage type will be different.
4. After around 6 years of experience in physiotherapy, you can become a physiotherapy executive. You may also have to look after the books of accounts.
