Higher Studies

  • After your graduation the first option would be to study M.E> or M.Tech in computer science and engineering. Most of the universities offering M.E. or M.Tech host an entrance examination to select the candidates who would study this course. The syllabus of this examination is the topics covered in any B.Tech computer engineering course.The pattern of the examination may vary depending on the universities. If you clear the written test, you will be called for the interview. You need to pass this interview to study either M.E. or M.Tech course in computer science and engineering.
  • Another option is to study MBA in Engineering. This course will help club your technical knowledge with business knowledge. IT companies like Infosys or IBM or CapGemini look for candidates who can handle both technical and business issues raised by a client. To study MBA, you must clear any MBA CET available like CAT, GMAT or OPENMAT, etc.Once you score a high rank in any such examination, you can study MBA in Engineering.

  1. At the very beginning you will join as a programmer in any IT company. Soon, you will be promoted as an associate software developer or associate software engineer.
  2. You can also become an information analyst or information scientist or system analyst.
  3. If you show competency, then within a few years you can become a project or a team leader
  4. You can become PHP or Dot Net developers.
