Course introduction
The course teaches about complete understanding about nature and environment. It makes us learn about the relation between social values, their needs and integrity of our ecosystem. The course includes study of environmental economics, literature reviews, environmental policy and environmental assessment techniques. Environmental anthropology is also an important part of this course.
Eligibility
Any candidate who has done graduate from recognized university is eligible for this course. A Diploma holder with 2 years experience and a HSC passed candidate with post diploma 1 year experience can also apply for this course. But keep in mind that it is merely an eligibility criteria and it does not guarantee your admission.
Admission Procedure
It is very simple and includes submission of application form with application fee. Other required documents must be enclosed with the form and without those documents your application will be rejected.
Duration
Just like other Post Graduate Diploma courses, it is also having 1 year duration in normal course. This duration may 2 years in other cases like in distance learning mode.
Further study options
Candidates can pursue regular Post Graduation course after completion of their Post Graduation Diploma. They can pursue M.Phil after getting some experience. Other options include B.Ed, computer related short term courses and management courses.
