Course introduction
This programme is to make students learn about business protocols and etiquette, effective planning, business writing, etc.
Computer and communication skills are also an important part of this course. Students learn about time management, use of telephone effectively, conduct interviews and many other related things. They get opportunities to become confident in the form of effective leaders.
Students get chance to practice their business communication, both in written as well as oral forms. They learn about how to giving powerful and impressive presentations. Apart from all these things, some basics of computer skills, security, privacy, networking, etc are also included in the course.
