Eligibility Requirements

1. You are required to complete any undergraduate degree(preferably in science or commerce streams). The preferred students in this diploma course should generally be from a 4 year B.Tech degree in any stream or a three year diploma in any engineering stream or a BBA or B.Com course.
2. You will be allowed to pursue this course, even if you have completed your master's degree.In case of master's students from MBA or M.Com streams are generally encouraged.
3. Either for undergraduate or postgraduate the aggregate score must be minimum 55%.

MBA is master's in business administration and it has various streams of specialization that are related to this professional course. You can study MBA in Retail Management, or MBA in Supply Chain Management or MBA in Project Management. These will be the most appropriate choice of your further studies after this diploma course. To study MBA you must clear any government approved MBA entrance examination, like, CAT/GMAT/MAT/XAT, etc.
2. If you have already completed your master's degree, then the next option could be to pursue M.Phil. Since already you will have a thorough knowledge in the management of business ventures and the goods manufactured, you must pursue M.Phil. in marketing strategies. There is an M.Phil. course in International Business and Marketing. You can appear in the entrance examination of this M.Phil course. If you pass this entrance examination, you will be eligible to pursue M.Phil for 2 years.

• After 2-3 years of experience, you will be promoted as quality assurance executives or quality supervisors.
• After 6-7 years of experience you can become the quality control manager or product quality assurance manager. First, you will be designated as a junior quality manager. After 10-12 years of experience you will be deemed as a senior quality manager.
